Tips for the seller
What to Consider When Listing an Item for Sale?
The listing description should be truthful and complete, indicating all significant characteristics of the item. Elements of the listing description must not violate the copyrights of third parties (photos and texts created by other users can only be used with the author's consent).
Payment and delivery methods should be convenient for you and accessible to buyers. Use the most popular options, offer shipping insurance, inventory, delivery tracking, pay attention to the quality of packaging. If the item is sent by an inappropriate type of postal item or its shipment is prohibited, you will be liable for damage to the item to the buyer.
When providing the buyer with payment details, do not send secret bank card codes and passport photos, check the receipt of funds to your account before sending the item. In case of refusal of the goods, it is necessary to refund the funds to the sender's name or to the same account from which the payment was made.
The email address from which messages are received from the buyer must match their address specified in the personal account in the "Transactions" section.
Completing a transaction outside the Bargainz.IN marketplace is usually offered by attackers. If the transaction is not recorded in our system, we will not be able to help you in case of a problem. Also, you will not be able to leave feedback on such a transaction.
Do not tell anyone the passwords to your account and email. Passwords are always requested for fraudulent purposes.
Do not agree to put someone else's goods up for sale under your account. There are a number of fraudulent schemes for selling non-existent goods with the involvement of bona fide sellers.
