To recover your password, click the "Forgot Password?" button on the login page.

In the window that appears, enter your login or the email address associated with your account, and the code from the image:

If the provided login or email is correct, a unique link to set a new password will be sent to the email address associated with this account.

Follow the provided link, set a new password and log in with the new password.

If the email did not arrive in your Inbox, check your Spam folder.

Problems logging into the site

If the system responds with "Incorrect login or password" when trying to log in, you need to check the correctness of the entered data.

*Attention, the password is case-sensitive!

If you cannot solve the problem yourself, you need to contact Support.

There is another possible problem with logging in - if you have registered but have not yet confirmed your email address, you will receive a system message: Your email address has not been confirmed. In this case, you should check your email and find the email with the account activation link. In some cases, the email ends up in the Spam folder - to avoid this in the future, we recommend adding our address to your contact list, otherwise you may miss a transaction notification or other notifications from our system.
