All dialogues for discussing listings are displayed in your personal account in the Messages tab. You will be sent an email notification about the receipt of a new message about the listing. An envelope will also appear on the top panel of the site, indicating the corresponding notification.

How do I start a dialogue with a counterparty?

Where can I see the response to my message to the counterparty?

You can see the response in My Auction (personal account) > Messages tab.

Each user can also set up notifications to their email address about the receipt of new messages in Personal Account > Settings > My Notifications. This notification will not contain the message text, but only information about its receipt, the counterparty's username, and the listing number and title. An envelope will also appear on the top panel of the site, indicating the corresponding notification.

You can find the desired message from the counterparty through a search by the counterparty's ID/login or by the listing/transaction ID, as well as using a text search, for example, by entering the listing title or keywords from the message.

Can I delete messages from the counterparty?

Messages can be deleted from both the general list and separately from a specific dialogue with the counterparty by clicking the "cross" (X).

Attention! After a transaction is completed, counterparties will still be sent each other's contact details to complete the transaction, and after a transaction is completed, the choice of communication location remains with the counterparties.
