Offering the Lot to the Previous Bidder

If the auction winner refuses to purchase the winning lot or does not get in touch within three days, the seller has the option to offer the purchase to the previous leading bidder.

This option is available for listings with active promotional options and the following auction types: Standard Auction and Auction with Buy It Now Option (with a "Buy It Now" price), if the lots were purchased through bidding and not at the Buy It Now price.

The operation will appear on the 4th day after the auction ends in your personal account, in the "My Sales" section when clicking the "Actions" button in the transaction, if it has not been marked as "paid" by the seller.

After clicking "Offer the lot to the previous leading bidder," a window will open.

By clicking "Confirm," an offer will be sent to the previous leading bidder.

By following the link, the buyer can accept or decline the offer. The offer is valid for three days.

The seller will receive an email notification about the accepted decision. If the buyer agrees to purchase the lot, a new transaction will be formed. The "Offer the lot to the previous leading bidder" option can be used within three days.
